Session 2 Objectives


  1. EmpowerME: Clients will learn improve their mobility by engaging in different stretching and low impact exercises. Clients will also go on walks to increase their outdoor exposure.
  2. Creative Enrichment: Clients will improve their artistic abilities through applying previous art skills learned towards their Gala art pieces.
  3. Community Connections: Clients will celebrate the Holidays this session by creating memorable Holiday Crafts and learning the history of Holidays.
  4. Life Foundations: Clients will continue to learn about Self and Mental health care to better improve their self-esteem and overall well-being.
  5. Learning Lab: Clients are going to be putting their knowledge to the test with our brain puzzling activities.
  6. Creative Studio: Clients will learn new artistic skills for their upcoming art show in May called Bark for the Arc!
